Plant, Plants! is shimmers of light, illuminating with fluorescent colors a dark, dark, dark place.  It talks about the distorted perceptions of human beings, literally and figuratively.  Some see the same things so clearly in on way, while others see it in the opposite.  Are flowers really cubist?  Square with uneven lines? And what if the sky is black and the plant is blue? And flat? Like a 2D life.

A series of  marker drawings realized on paper that play with the concept of emotion, space, mood and temporality.

After the appearance of a personal state of confusion, life happens between real and imagined moments, distorting the brain’s concept of body, mind and relationships. 

Unifying everything in a forced manner, the landscape becomes an abstract drawing, where the pressure increases due to changes that new situations bring about, where the lines blur and come together leaving almost no white space or where the change of colores becomes an escape to a state of loss of control.

There, where the world was concrete and clear, now is an inhospitable place where the author focuses on the moments lost and the idealization of the same.  Feeling the sudden changes that strike the psyche producing an overwhelming back and forth of emotion that takes places between a past already closed and an uncertain future.  

Each piece focuses and demonstrates how the harmony and its author have changed forever.
